Healthy Meal suggestions for Tim Hortons

This place is the worst. Every time I come here they mess up my order. Service is terrible, either they don't pay attention or they don't care. Avoid this one. If you really want Tim Hortons, go to the one on Ann Arbor - Saline up the road.

Terrible service. I have been to this location many times because it's closer to my job. But I plan to never go back. I'd rather stop at the McDonalds or Marks Coney Island which are right down the street. Beware, if Tim Hortons are out of something they will put a different product in your bag. They throw items in your bag any kind of way. I ordered a frosted cinnamon roll and the put the cinnamon roll in the bag upside down. All of the icing was on the bottom of the bag. They never give napkins. And to me it just seems like their employees need to be re-trained because they don't know what quality service is.

I had a morning networking event that my company was hosting this week. I was looking for a place nearby to get coffee, bagels, muffins and donuts. I was delighted to see this new Tim Horton's down the street. It was really convenient and figured it would meet my needs. I had already looked online to see what they had to offer for catering and called to verify what this location had. I stopped in a few days before the event & ordered their 60 oz. cambro, 2-10 oz decaf Tim To Go's, donuts, bagels and muffins. The 60 oz. cambro requires a $100 deposit, only to be refunded when it's returned (which the owner did not tell me on the phone). It sounds like that might be a corporate policy based on what the employee said. I was kind of shocked that the deposit was so much! I asked if they sliced the bagels, and I was told that if they did slice them for me, I would be charged the price of an individual bagel vs. a dozen. I was a little put off by that, but I wasn't about to go somewhere else to order over that. The day of the event, I came in to pick up the order at 7 a.m.. It was ready and staff was kind enough to help me carry it out to the car in the freezing weather. When the employee handed 2 bags of bagels to me, I asked if they had trays. The catering page on Tim Horton's website shows bagels (cut in 1/2) and placed on a tray. They did not have any trays. She gave me a couple of empty donut boxes to put them in, which I do appreciate but she looked a bit bewildered by the request. I wish I could give them a better review & I sort of feel like I'm being a bit harsh. It didn't help that when I returned the cambro, I ordered a Hazelnut Latte that tasted like hot water w/ a hint of hazelnut. Yuck. I am not a coffee snob, and I realize this isn't high quality coffee but it was really bad. I'd say 2.5 stars, so I'll bump it up to 3 to cut them some slack. I know they've been open for just about a month, but some of the staff came from other locations (not sure about all of them, obviously). Hopefully they work out the kinks soon.

The breakfast foods I've tried have been okay. Better than McDonald's across the street but still nothing special. The lunch menu is soggy. It looks and tastes cheap. The prices are cheap and that's about all the good I can say about it The staff is disinterested, unfriendly, and slow. Terribly slow. You would think the TV they have on all the time would be displaying local news but no, its playing stuff like Top 20 Most Shocking. Its just bad service all around with no thought given to the customer experience. I'll be driving a little farther for lunch and breakfast from now on.

I just cannot go here anymore. They never get my order right and when they do i get cold (still frozen) hash browns or sausage. I am not ordering anything special! I tell them a number 2 and get a number 4. Then when they screw up my order they ask me to come in so they can fix it. I went to the drive-through for a reason. Now here I am accommodating your mistakes? Not anymore I am done with this Tim Hortons.

French vanilla supreme is not the same as in Canada. Service is horribly slow :( The girl at the counter literally took 7 minutes to ring up two drinks and two doughnuts.

This Tim Horton's does the job. It's close to work and provides a quick and easy meal on the run. The drive-thru set up is a little janky but that's due to the location and layout. I don't mind coming here every so often.

Are you kidding me? Third time they screwed up my order. I paid for three cookies and I received a bag and found an apple. I feel they must have literally dumbest employees on the planet. I usually am not so negative but this place is so incompetent.

It's like a little Starbucks without the highbrow class. It has moderate food offerings. Prices are pretty close to Starbucks so you can take it or leave it. The best deal is to head over to central and hit the dunkin donuts for a great deal and good coffee.

Service here is always really friendly; however, I would love to see them start using cup sleeves instead of two cups per hot drink. Using two cups instead of investing in recycled sleeves is so wasteful - both environmentally and monetarily.

This place is like a coffee shop with some food, I don't expect more then cheap food and decent coffee, all of which i got when i went here. I feel like if i was in the area in the morning and in need of either of those two things i would stop here again.

It's a perfectly standard rendition of the current-era cookie cutter Tim Hortons that have been popping up recently. Service is reasonably quick (if largely indifferent) and the food is exactly what you would expect from any Tim Hortons this side of the 49th parallel. However, I have one major caveat to add. Don't go here expecting to fire up your laptop and get stuff did. Signs all over the place proclaim they have WiFi, but in most of my visits there, the "Fi" has been the same as the one in SciFi. They have the router, I can see it on my computer, but it isn't working. I have yet to find anybody there with the knowledge to fix it, or the desire to do anything more than shrug and say "It's not working". Guys, if you can figure that out, you'll get my business back. And another star. Deal?
